VisualCue connects to your data sources and translates your data into visual icons called Cues. Weights and thresholds are then applied to Cues to determine their color.

Traditional visualizations only offer a high-level overview of specific KPIs. VisualCue’s Tiles present your requested information all on a single screen allowing you to see a high-level overview or narrowed down view for actionable insights.

The Tile tracks any entity in your business- an employee, a sales representative or a process you need to complete. All of the KPIs relating to that entity are then displayed here. Each Tile can hold dozens of KPIs, allowing you to see all details at a glance.

The Mosaic View is a visual representation of your entire organization. Mosaics come in different varieties- the basic Mosaic puts Tiles side by side in a grid which can be sorted, grouped and filtered to show patterns and connections. Mosaics can also be arranged as a map, diagram or calendar view.

VisualCue uses your same login credentials to access the data stored in your systems like Salesforce or InContact. Once a data connection is made, VisualCue refreshes the display in real-time.

VisualCue is designed to give you insight into your entire contact center with tiles detailing things like agents, accounts, opportunities, and tasks. Each tile contains dozens of key performance indicators with history.

VisualCue for Salesforce and InContact requires no advanced setup or instructions. Just enter the credentials into VisualCue, and your information automatically populates the VisualCue Tiles.

No. VisualCue does not change the data generated in your systems such as InContact or Salesforce. The system accesses the data in real-time to power visualizations but does not delete or alter the source data in any way, keeping your raw information secure at all times.

It’s totally safe. You can sign on to VisualCue with a secure name and password like any other website or software. Permissions can be established using access level parameters. You are in full control of which data sets come through.

VisualCue can be implemented with your Salesforce account as a sales enhancement app. We gather your disparate Salesforce reports into one visualization that’s easy to understand.
